Conditions of Sale and Order

1. Suitable selection of materials is the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. Ownership of goods not passed until payment is made and cleared.
3. This price list supersedes all other and will be subject to price change notice.
4. Returns / Credits:
   1. Materials returned must be in saleable conditions.
   2. only full boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted.
   3. no returns on sale items, discounted lines or goods out of stock.
   4. Invoice number is to be quoted on goods returned for credit,
   5. a handling charge of 25% will apply to returned goods.
5. No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade and if goods are found to be of a defective nature after materials are fixed.
6. To avoid damage by foreign materials during installation we recommend the use of suitable protective measures after fixing the product.
7. No responsibility is accepted for quantities estimated by Grassworks.
8. All goods sold are subject to their normal and natural color variations and samples given or in showroom are to be considered indicative only.
9. No responsibility will be accepted by Grassworks for damage which occurs from the use of specified products in cleaning.
10. Where goods are delivered to a building site or any other point specified by the buyer, the goods are at risk of the buyer from the time of leaving our store, while in transit and upon delivery and whether or not any receipt for delivery is given.
11. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all goods on receipt.
12. A 25% deposit must be paid on acceptance of this quotation to ensure processing of order.
13. Grassworks will complete this order as soon as possible but cannot accept responsibility for delay beyond normal business controll.
14. Any expenses costs or disbursements incurred by Grassworks in recovering any outstanding monies or fee by the customer have to be paid by the customer.
